How do I know if someone is receiving my e-mail response? I received a second e-mail and responded to the specific question and sent my contact info, however, I don't believe they actually received my initial e-mail.

I've listed many cars on Car Gurus, and have never sold a single one. I get emails from potential buyers all the time, I answer every one of them promptly, then again in two days, and I have never, and I mean NEVER gotten a response from any of them. Sometimes I wonder if the emails I send out are delivered or if the buyer even exists. I'll probably never know. I became very disillusioned with Car Gurus a long time ago.
