if i purchase a vehicle from out of state,am i responsible for getting it at my door step?

You can have it shipped & delivered to your house. Look up automobile movers or haulers on goggle...then just make some calls for estimates & such. Hope this helps =)
Also call or go online to your states DMV. Check your state smog & registration laws. Most states give you a time limit to change the registration.

Unless part of the agreement is that the seller will pay for it, then yeah. Florida to NV would likely cost at least $1,000 so factor that into the offer.
