It can but it depends on how much money you or your insurance company wants to spend on an 12 year old vehicle. If you're working with an insurance company there's a good chance they'll total the vehicle because of its age and the cost to fix it. If the cost to fix the vehicle is more than what it's worth it will be deemed a total loss and you will receive a check for the value of the car at the time of the accident, less any deductible. If the accident was not your fault you will receive a check for the deductible too. This is assuming you have collision coverage on the vehicle. If you do not have collision coverage and the accident was not your fault the other person's insurance will pay for the repairs or the vehicle if it is a total loss. Hope that helps! Jim

Yep if insurance is involved most likely a total loss. Oh it can be fixed but it will have a branded title and no one in their right mind would want a branded title vehicle.
