2011 Volvo C70 - Turbo Charger Failing

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2011 C70 with 117,000 miles

Check Engine light came on - mechanic ran diagnostics which kicked off the following codes:
P304C, 921CC, B150C   Said the turbo charger is failing and I have to go to the dealer to have them look at it.

Can anyone give me a ballpark of what replacing a turbo charger will cost?  I don't want to go to the dealer without some idea of what I am dealing with.

Those codes are not OBD2 codes so I do not know what they mean. I found replacement turbos for as low as $310 online, the dealer cost will be far, far higher.
