My Cruz won’t start at times and when it do the wipers, windows washing fluid and the emergency flashes come on and it shows at least 5 different alarms. Could that be a fuse problem?

cooling fan for 2012 chevy cruz LTZ 1.4 turbo wont turn on when it needs to. which leads to over heating. no codes come up and i have put new thermostat in and 2 new temp sensors in, checked all 5 relays and all fuses, fan does work now(it didnt) when i turn airconditioning on, but the low speed of fan doesnt stop engine from over heating. checked all connectors also, the only thing i can think of and i am not a mechanic, is a broken wire or the PCM. any suggestions would be great thx 1 Answer
