where is the battery located on the 2011 jeep grand cheroke

Engine compartment, passenger side

probably somewhere under the hood, near the radiator, on the side

It is under the Passenger seat! Under the hood are only jumper terminals

It is located under the front passenger seat put the seat forward and access it from rear right door.

Can I hook up my subwoofer line directly to the battery under the seat?
