2011 limited heater/ac fan works intermittently, not hardly at all

My 2011 Limited starting having issues with the heater/ac fan a while back.  Now, it does
not work at all......May come on 1x on a 4 hr drive.

Suggestions?

    Just got jeep back from shop having a neutral switch replaced. Now the heater fan nor the blinkers are working. Could he have knocked something loose, or is there a fuse that runs both?

    The heater is not working nor the cigar lighter, are these connected to the same fuse? Could it be the fan switch?

    the heater in my 2012 grand cherokee 5.7 hemi only works intermittently, even during the same trip. The car doesn't over heat and blowers work well.
