One door will not lock or unlock with the key fob

My driver's side passenger door will not lock OR unlock with the key fob.  I
have  to reach back and manually pull the lock down or pull it up.  Thankfully
I have long arms and can reach it from the driver's seat, but it is becoming a
real pain.  The lock/unlock feature works on the other 3 doors, as does the
rear hatch open/close.  I'm a bit baffled.  Do I need to reprogram the fob?  
Does it need a new battery?  Any advice?

I'm having the same issue with my 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Within the last few weeks the driver's side passenger door will not unlock with the remote. All other 3 doors are just fine.
