I would not buy it unless it is almost free.
And if it did need any mechanical work, it is going to be expensive.

Do any of you actually own an Audi Q5? I have a 2015 with 90,000 on it and no, it is not burning oil and have had zero issues with it. With Audis and any German vehicle it is all about regular maintenance which I admit, is more expensive than Asian and American companies. But if you take care of your Q5, I know people who have gotten 200,000 miles with few issues
My 2010 q5 premium plus has 174k miles and runs great does have a light for secondary air injection ports. Still runs great taking it to get the ports cleaned out Monday they quoted me 2k what all should I have done. It runs good but and is tagged 2 years I just want the suv to last us awhile. It runs great!
2010 q5 what maintenance should I have done at close to 200k miles completely stock runs great though…I want it to last us awhile I won’t be able to buy us a newer one so we’re getting it fixed for sure….
