How much can i expect to pay in maintenance costs for bmw 550i 2011 w 50000 miles? Is this car really worth 30grand?

30 thousand dollars is a LOT of money- you must really love that car- before you buy it (and its unknown problems, common to used cars) take time to look around at all the cool brand new cars you can get for that much money- not to mention the cool Classic cars that are goin' for 20-30,000- watch some TV auctions- I would pass on the BMW- at least get a classic- more fun, with money left over-

You can get a nice used e60 M5, a 335xi sedan, 335i sedan, for that price. Skip the 550.
The 6 series Gran Coupe is a thing of beauty, especially the M6!
its not worth 30 grand and no I did not buy it.... the 2011 suffers from throttle issues. when u press the accelerator the car hesitates..major drawback imho especially when its priced at 30K
