How to fix My 2004 ford Freestar has
a 2005 engine that every morning
shakes a Lot during it is warming
after that runs good

Sounds like it may be running too rich when it's cold. The engine needs a richer mixture when cold. Maybe the O2 or MAP sensor is not working properly.

Possible bad spark plug. Check them out. If plug is fouled possibly oil fouled means leaking piston ring on that cylinder.
