If My van calls for 235 - 60 R - 16 tires  - will
235 -75 R - 16 tires fit those rims.??

It depends on how the current tires fit on the vehicle but yes they will fit the run itself. Turn the steering wheel all the way over and see how much clearance you have if more than a couple inches it will be fine just make sure if it's for the rear you have the same size on both sides or it will burn up your diff.
