if I want to check transmission fluid levels, do I put in park or drive? Some cars
you need 2 people (1) on the inside with car in drive and (2) one outside
checking the fluid levels. What's best recommendations?

Cycle through the gears with the engine running and then check the fluid level in park with the engine running.
