wont start it usually only when i put gas in but every time it is cold it acts like trying but ends up killing battery, purge control would make sense but when its cold n wont start n nothing with fueling ????

Purge control does make sense. You may need a new battery as well. Before you start it next time in cold weather touch your alternator if it hot and engine is cold your alternator is going bad and draining your battery
