It sounds like you have a hard misfire on cylinder 7. You could try switching out the #7 spark plug coil with one of the others to see if the misfire switches to the cylinder you swapped it with. If so, you know it's the coil. You could do the same with the spark plug, but if they are original plugs then it might be worth just replacing them regardless.
