it will not start

i am working on 1996 bmw 318 convertable
it will not turn over, you have to wire the starter to positive for it to turn over.
the fuel pump, the core pack, the injectors will not get positive power. i removed the computer it was little rusty, it had a sign of water, i think water been getting to it because the hood is damage. the owner removed the radio sometime ago and i think the wire was touching.
i have change the computer it did not solve the problem, i have change the switch that to did not solve it

the computer you mean dme right?should say it on it.also did you program it to the vehicle because it wont work til you do.
