find squrter clean with a pin or look under hood and see if hose to it is unpluged.

Some of the squirters need to be replaced -- for example, my Chrysler Sebring took a new squirter, attempting to clean the nozzle with a pin just destroyed it. Most likely a new nozzle will solve your problem.
