You say the car has aftermarket taillights, maybe the wire harness was messed up when they were installed. You didn't notice the problem when you bought the car? I would contact seller and ask if he remembers when the problem started.

we dint known cause the car was on a garage all time so we ran it and everithing now seller dont pick up phone or nothing

Well, I could be wrong but I think seller was aware of the problem. Unfortunately, it is your problem now. You will need to get someone with knowledge in this area to take a look at it. Many times, when people replace factory parts with aftermarket, they just cut, twist, force, pull to make things work or fit.

i completley understan that but last call i had with last owner he tried to give me my money back and after that its when we find the problem

IDK. Not a mechanic. I do own a 2009 BMW E93 N51. I sympathize with you. Besides owning a BMW, I own a 1999 Chrysler. The Chrysler is an excellent minivan but mine does have a rear-light problem. I have purchased a new lens, new sockets, and new bulbs (like you). My problem of intermittent taillight failures persists. Could your problem on a complex BMW be as simple as a need to clear a faulty code with an OBDII scanner?
