My windows go down and sunroof opens up on their own when the car is just sitting parked and in the off mode. It only happens when it rains. I think that something in the computer gets wet. I am waiting for the pump get to the dealer , but I just notice that my car starts hard and idles rough and it shut off while I am the light

1999 BMW 323i 4door Sedan.....My right front headlight has a wire coming off it and the I can really wee what that wire needs to be attached to it has the attacher still attched but it is just dangling? 2 Answers

It is coming off the left bulb assembly wire hoping to not have to take the bumper off ahve the car jacked up but I can't see to figure out what it goes too any help would be greatly appreciated
