can a 320 engine be fitted into a 318i

My car is a 318 i from singapore, 2002
Can an engine from a 320 be fitted into it?

Hello, You should be able to do this. The 2000 318i had a 2.0-liter engine, while the 320 could be either a 2.0 or 2.2. Best of luck! CarGrrl

as long as u have the e.c.u and wiring loom yeah no reason y not! 5 series 520i will goin as long as u reverse the sump, stronger engine, better cams etc. good luck!!
