Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my car started stuttering when I would start it so had it checked and misfire codes were showing for 3 & 4, I replaced all ignition coils and now the car won't start. at first it would turn like it wanted to start but nothing, now it just clicks as if it had a short. I double checked all connections all good from what I can tell. when I tried opening my driver door with FOB it works intermittently. I tried jumping it, nothing. I'm taking battery to get tested but don't think is the battery, what else can I do or what can it be? thank you

I switched one by one and I don't believe the coils were numbered in the box therefore, I believe it did not matter where I put each new one but I could be wrong. where they specific for each plug?
