Take a close look at the maintenance records, if available. You should check and see if they regularly serviced the car. At this age, it's critical to look for excessive wear inside and out. If the body and interior are immaculate, then, there's a chance that they did everything else correctly. If it is an original owner even better. The mileage is less important than the overall condition of the car.

Right- the 130K aren't many miles if the car was maintained perfectly- however, if it wasn't, then you are courting financial disaster- you can always ASK the dealer's service department what services your car is due for- the service advisers love to talk- myself, I would get rid of it and buy a new Kia Optima-
