i tried to charge freon in to my 2002 325i bmw but it does not take it ,it shown in red level on the gage and about 150psi

refrigerant must be at a very specific PSI...the condenser will ice up and the evaporator will not heat up as it should....in short you've over- pressurized the system...will have to look at your owner's manual to see what it supposed to be charged at~

there a few things that can make it stop cooling like it should~the filter/dryer could be out of the ability to remove moisture from the coolant loop, thus causing blockage and icing....drive belts could be loose, internal air controls are not telling the environmental control properly~
