Does 2005 325 CI Have Fuel Filter?

Hi, I have my 2005 325CI for 5 years and every time I take my car to the
garage to get the full service and I buy the fuel filter they give it me back cus'
they didn't find it and reclaim that this model, in particular, doesn't have one.

Can you guys send me a video o pics of an actual 325CI model
