Ignition Switch - 2 & 3 (I swapped out and "Service engine Soon Light" Still there

Asked by GuruZB8F2 Mar 25, 2019 at 03:00 PM about the 2005 BMW 3 Series 325i Sedan RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

"Service Engine Soon" light came on, code came back saying Misfire in 2 & 3, I
swapped those out. Further more, with car running I would disengage the coil, if
the more got weird, I assumed that the coil worked.  If removal had no effect, I
assumed that was the bad terminal.  All Coils appear to be working, yet I still
have code stating misfire, car running rough, and light still on.
