How much to replace the oil pan gasket on a 2005 BMW 325i?

Ditto. You can trust Tom, not only does he know cars, but Bimmers 300 series especially Clean as well as possible, DON"T steam clean or at car-wash, water can get in to critical electrical components. Spray some Gunk or some kind of solvent and wipe with rag...yeah I know a PITA but might save you a lot of work ..then watch for leak, either look while running if really bad or after driving a while

Thank you! Tom, I changed the valve cover gasket and the oil filter about 2 months ago;,back then I was told the oil pan gasket needed to be replaced as well. I think this mechanic is over charging me.
2006 325: Got a quote for $1290 to replace the oil gasket. Quote estimate feels very high, but explained because of the labor to access and remove engine. Feels high, but I am apparently facing a "need to repair" situation with 98K car (Escondido, CA)

$350 is what I'm getting charged to replace it.

bmw dealership quoted me at 2100 dollers 847 just for the oil pan. went to a pull a part and took it off myself for 36 dollers. theres a video on youtube you can follow step by step and will help guide you to do the job if you get confused. so at the end of the day i just got the oil pan and the oil and saved my self thousands. hope this helps any of you out some.
