Where is it leaking from? What area on the engine? Did the coolant system get the air pockets bled out? And sorry to say if everything is in order, could be a bad head gasket, or cracked head. A compression test can show this.

Its leaking from the cap, and well they have bled it several times. It will work driving it with the heater on but if you turn on the ac it starts to over heat.
Well that is telling me it need to be flushed out. Radiator my be plugged. Best way to clean it out would be to take it out and bring it to a radiator shop, and have them "rod it out". You can just try flushing it, I don't know how bad it is. But check that compression, if it has a bad head gasket, cleaning the cooling system not going to solve all your problems.
