Transmission won't shift on ground

have 2006 325i , won't shift into
any gear but will go thru pattern. I
put it up on lift and observed it
shifting and tires moving in all
gears. When put back on ground
it's like it's in neutral

Those two? Don't look bad to me. As I said it will shift into gears, but I've noticed tires won't speed up with accelerator
