I took my car to the cleaners. When i got it back my Steering wheel wasnt locked in place. The handle doesnt seem to be broken. I thought pressing up on lever locks steering wheel in place but doesnt seem to do so. SO my wheel goes up, down, forward back, but wont lock in place. HELPPPP PLEASEEE!

you would have to pull the plastic cover off the steering column and have a look. Probably from constant use the looking mechanism is worn, that lever is just like a nut that tightens on a bolt that holds the column in one place.
