BMW e39 mid unit wiring connect

How can I start the mid unit from bmw e39 out of car. I know that the pinouts are :
1 GND,2 and 8 12V positive but when I connect them the mid not working. I press the volume key in ON position but nothing. When I connect them in car it work property. Any suggestion pleace.

You need to check the pin out correctly maybe

On the conection plug have a numbers,it's too simple I'm not wrong
