Power to everything but no fuel reaching to engine

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced fuel relay,pump, and check fuel pump
fuse, it's good but not getting fuel to the fuel rail
checked and have 11 volts to spark plugs n 10
volts to fuel pump plug but car just turns over with
no starting please help

Confirm the fuel pump is cycling...jump terminal 6 (red-violet) and terminal 2 (white-blue) this bypasses the relay completely. If the pump still doesn't run, Check the connector for voltage at the fuel pump under the rear seat. also what DTC codes were recorded before fuel pump change?
