QUESTION* Where is the oil filter and plug on an 05 SRX V8

I cant believe I am asking this, but this is my first Caddy. I spent 20mins outside looking for the oil pan and filter. I am lost for words. Can someone help??

On my o4/ v8/awd the oil plug is on the side of the pan closest to the oil filter. Hope this helps you.I found another answer the same as the one I am giving you in another Cadillac Srx forum. Good luck to you The filter is on the left side of the car more towards the front.

IF ITS A NORTHSTAR ENGINE,LOOK TO THE FRONT OF THE CAR,REALLY DON'T NEED TO JACK THE CAR UP.THE OIL PLUGIS CLOSE TO THE FILTER. Just changed the oilf on my 04.
