2008 bmw528i is not starting or trying to turn over I believe it is inertia switch can you please tell me how to fix this

If starter is not turning over,it wont be the inerctia switch,,check your battery for good power,and then check the starter,and if the anti theft light is on that may be the issue.

I have 528ii put starter on last year just put new battery in and car is slow to crank up what could be problem?
