CHECK THE STRING LINES INSIDE THE ROOF.. THEY COULD EITHER BE HUNG UP ON SOMETHING OR TENSION LOOSE.. THE ROOF HAS A SAFETY FEATURE THAT IF THESE CORDS ARE NOT MOVING FREELY THE ROOF DOES NOT GO DOWN ... HAD THIS HAPPEN AND ONE OF THE CORDS WAS HANG UP ON THE CANVAS PART OF ROOF .. STILL TOOK IT TO DEALER AND AFTER TWO HRS OF BEING CHECKED OUT NOTHING FOUND WRONG ..
