Try testing the throttle position sensor, had an old nissan that would do it once it hit about 35mph. Replaced and fixed the revving issue. To test, remove sensor completely , grab a volt meter and set to ohms and attach to pins inside where the wiring connected, using a decent sized flst head screw driver slowly turn the small gear in center of tps, watch for resistance, should continue to increase as you turn it. If not, replace it. Hope this helps.
