How do i get my car out of anti theft mode

I have a problem with my kid
car.its got a new battery so
not that its in full anti theft
mode nothing comes on at all
cant lock doors cant push
start it its a keyless push
start has a fob new battery in
it an i cant do anything at all
what do i do.??

Have you had somebody look at the alternator the starter and also my Cadillac I had to replace the converter
