Keep adding coolant every other day

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am adding around 1-2 liters of coolant / water
almost daily in my Bmw 750 li . There is no visible
leaking. Engine oil colour is good and not milky. No
water bubbles in coolant tank when the engine is
cold start . What can be the problem than.

Or water/antifreeze out the tail pipe? ?

Boy oh boy, I would hate to even guess what a head gasket job would cost on a 7 series BMW.
