If my car is showing light on the dash but not starting what could be some causes of this issue?

Won't start it got some rain inside could I possibly
need a wire harness or engine computer ? Spark
plugs? Or maybe even a coil pack? I Already have
new battery two jugs of 100% synthetic high
performance oil but i really feel like it may have
something to do with the electric considering it got
wet inside

hopefully it is nothing serious- but you should take it to a BMW specialist to find out- you are facing the discovery that you have a very expensive, high tech German car- you won't be able to keep it running on a Pinto budget-
