Did I get a good deal

So Im buying a 2004 Cadillac CTS for 1700 with 76000
original miles it has the 2.8 V6 but it has a cracked
windshield a little and paint is chipping and there is a ABS
light on is it still worth it

You are not risking a lot of money. If you have to pass vehicle inspection to register it those things could be costly to repair.

That is a pretty low price for that car, hopefully it has a clear title and not a salvage one, but like FOR says, that ABS can get expensive without knowing what's actually causing it, may be something simple or not. States that have required emissions testing won't pass a vehicle with an ABS light on. The windshield is not too big a deal, it's a set price to replace one which you can get quotes for online.
