The car is between Very good and Excellent condition with rear luxury seat package(power heated and

The price is really dependent on where you live. A car like that would be cheaper in the midwest then it would on either coast. Check KBB for a good price level. Some things to watch out for on this vehicle. One is the smoke from the exhaust if it is there is a good chance the valve stem seals have started to fail in is a very expensive repair. Two look for oil leaks these can add up very fast on the N62 engine, common ones are valve covers, vacuum pump, transmission pan, upper timing covers. Always with any used car you should have it checked out by a shop who knows these cars well.
zero. My 2009 blew up after 80,000 miles, 50 trips to the shop and coninuous lies from BMW NA
