BMW's best platform the 7 series with care it's outgrown before it fails.
I've owned my '06 750Li for the last eight years, now with over 160,000 miles on it. Worst issue I've had is an out of warranty transmission rebuild for $6,000. I spend around $100 a month on preventive maintenance. If you maintain it, it should be good for 300,000 miles according to most experts.
I'm selling my 98-e38-740iL - https://cargur.us/f12kJ - 200k, lots of new parts. Now the timing chain guide went since the car is in a cold winter location and I might have been short a little oil. I agree with FOR, expensive hobby car. But this car rides better than most brand new cars. Its a shame I ran out of money.
I have a '99 740il and I bought it with 217,000 miles on it and it's still in great shape and still has all the ponys pounding under the hood ..I think it will last till 300,000 miles...I will let ya'll know
Is 160,000 on 2007bmw li good or bad
Do you think that the 730 F02 engines will do over 300,000 miles
