It starts some times and other times it don't and
radio won't work

If you have an after-market radio there's a wire underneath the steering column kick panel did they jump and bypass because it interferes with the Vats system it will cause your car not to start Windows not to work different features not to work right and of course the radio I would check this wire it should be a yellow wire thick and if anything else if you have a factory radio and maybe bad and or the amp if either one of those are bad it will have the same effects car will not start several features won't work right and windows probably won't work and your radio I had to simular problem with a 96 DeVille
