Towing a 2011 AWD Escape "four wheels down" behind an RV

Asked by ABJtow Nov 09, 2018 at 01:14 PM about the 2011 Ford Escape XLT AWD

Question type: General

The Owner's Manual and Ford Towing Guide (online) all say the 2011 AWD Escape can be towed behind an RV, subject to some limits. However, I see a lot of comments online saying that it doesn't hold up well when used this way. If there are positive experiences I'd like to hear them.
