My cluster is saying “Tire Pressure Monitoring
System fault.” And the tire pressure light will
not turn off. How can I fix this issue? Thanks
to any help.

It needs to be diagnosed by a mechanic. Either a TPMS sensor or an issue with the system is causing the problem.
