No, the 215's will be too tall. If you have 16" wheels, you should mount 205 60 R16 tires

I'm guessing you have the Fusion S, if so yes you can use 215/65R16 as long as you replace all 4 tires, The difference is the new tires would be 1.3" taller and .4" wider, your speedometer would be off by only a few miles per hour...So if your speedometer shows 60 MPH you would actually be going 63 MPH...You can also re-calibrate your vehicle to display the correct speed
