RT. HEADLIGHT BLUB BLOWN BUT STILL LIGHTS.WHY?

Bulb filiment may have broke and grounded itself allowing the bulb to still light. Unless I misunderstood your question.

Not possible. Either the bulb is blown out or not unless you mean high/low beam

Hell I wasn't aware that there was a filiment until this question came up, I thought it was a electrochemical reaction to create the light, so we are all learning on this one.
