Looks like your car could still under warranty. I would take it in to a dealer.

If you want it to stop, press the menu button on the radio. Then press the auto volum button. Press the off button and that will take care of the problem.

you can adjust the auto volume to low, med, high, or off- if it is going up or down too much, try backing it off to medium- it does that so it sounds the same as it does when you are just sitting there parked (it adjusts up to cover more road noise and down when you slow down). that is called speed-compensated volume.
