How do i change the language on the bluetooth from French to English?

I have an apple phone and when I went to pair the phone to the Bluetooth, it was in French.

I have a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu and my language in my dash where it tells me mileage and oil change and tire pressure has went to another language how do I change it back to english
