Headlights try to come on when the light switches in the opposition?

I don't get are you saying they come on dim as in a bad ground wire or they come on and go off, maybe best to repost unless someone else knows

No switch is in off position. Lights try to come on kinda like some one is rapidly trying to turn the lights on and off then stops. Happens once in a while during driving.
