2011 outback Drivers side window will not go down..all others work what could be the problem and how do you correct it

Drivers side window will only go down 1/8 of an inch. All other windows work weel

So you are getting power. I'm not familiar with regulators so I don't know if this is a regulator or motor problem. My 03 Forester had a locked up motor and replacing it was pretty easy. If nobody else responds with solid advice in the next day or two, I would head over to the Legacy / Outback / NASIOC forums and ask for help. If you want to replace (said parts) yourself, you should be able to find the necessary videos on youtube for each step of the process. Door card and switches are probably separate from the technical regulator and/or motor. Best wishes
